The construction of the project’s factory building, dormitory, and research building has been completed, and the interior decoration work is fully underway. The on-site water and electricity pipeline network has been laid, and the roadbed is solid and flat, presenting a thriving development scene for the entire project.

Hunan Pinliu Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was established in 2020 and is a modern beauty and health enterprise that integrates scientific research and development, production, sales, and services. The total investment for the construction of the Pinliu Biotechnology Industrial Park project is 440 million yuan, covering an area of 50 acres. The industrial park will be constructed in two phases, with the first phase consisting of a 20000 square meter standardized 100000 level dust-free workshop expected to be put into use by the end of March.

It is expected that the total output value will exceed 500 million yuan within three years, which can provide 300 job opportunities for the local area.
