On October 18, He Chaohui, Deputy Secretary of the Dingcheng District Party Committee and District Head, visited Changde High-tech Zone to investigate industrial development and project construction.

He Chaohui visited the Phase II construction site of Zhonglian Hengtong Machinery Co., Ltd., to understand the project’s construction planning, land acquisition, and demolition situations. He also visited the product display hall and production workshop of Hunan Qiande Industrial Co., Ltd., engaging in in-depth discussions with the company’s management about product variety, features, production processes, sales channels, and market prospects. Additionally, He Chaohui visited the construction sites of Hunan Pinliu Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and Hunan Zoomlion Intelligent Agricultural Machinery Co., Ltd., where he gained detailed insights into the progress, engineering quality, and safety measures of the projects. Later, he visited Hunan Tangqiao Technology Development Co., Ltd., where he explored its research and development of sanitation products and learned about the grassroots party organization development.

He Chaohui emphasized that project construction, industrial development, and investment attraction are crucial for the zone’s growth. He urged all levels of government to align with the “Three High Grounds” strategy and promote the “Second Entrepreneurship” initiative to fully implement higher-level decision-making and deployments. Departments must accelerate project construction, make practical and forward-looking plans, and precisely position infrastructure projects. They should focus on construction progress, ensure engineering quality, and enhance safety. Additionally, there should be a strong push for industrial development to strengthen the park, drive industry growth, and shoulder responsibilities. Collaboration and proactive actions are vital for advancing the high-quality development of Changde High-tech Zone. Furthermore, He Chaohui called for an increase in investment attraction efforts, high-level promotion, and a collective approach to investment, activating assets and resources to improve the park’s capacity and attractiveness for development.
