兒童青少年近視防控!堅持每天五分鐘,舒緩孩子眼睛疲勞

According to Chinese medicine theory, the liver opens the orifices of the eyes, and eye exercises can help to ease the liver and keep liver qi smooth, which has a positive effect on eyesight.

In addition, the health of the eyes is closely related to the function of the liver and kidneys. Eye exercises help nourish the liver and kidneys by regulating the blood and qi, and maintain eye health.

Today I am going to share with you how these acupressure points can help to recover from vision fatigue.

The illustrations of the new eye exercises are as follows:

1.Press and knead Zanzhu point

Acupuncture point location: located in the depression of the head of both eyebrows.

Manoeuvre: Press the threaded surface of the thumbs of both hands on the acupoint, relax the remaining four fingers, and place the fingertips against the forehead.

Rhythm: With the music command, press and knead one circle per beat, a total of four eight beats.

Strength: Moderate, feel slight soreness.

2.Press on the eye point

Acupuncture point location: both sides of the nasal bone near the inner corner of the eye.

Manipulation: Press the point lightly with the threaded surface of the index finger of both hands, and relax the remaining four fingers in the shape of a hollow fist.

Rhythm: rhythmically press up and down, once per beat, a total of four eight beats.

Strength: moderate, slight soreness.

3.Pressing and kneading the Four White Points

Acupuncture point location: the lower orbital rim just below the centre, the index finger and middle finger together to press lightly on both sides of the nose, the thumb and the lower forehead depression.

Manipulation: Press the threaded surface of the index finger of both hands on the acupoint, the thumb against the lower forehead depression, and relax the remaining four fingers in the shape of a hollow fist.

Rhythm: Rhythmically press and knead, each beat a circle, four eight beats.

Strength: moderate amplitude of movement.

4.Press and rub the temples and scrape the upper eye sockets

Acupuncture point location: Between the outer corner of the eye and the tip of the eyebrow, about 3cm back from the trap.

Manipulation and Rhythm: Press the threaded surface of the thumbs of both hands on the solar plexus, and relax the remaining four fingers. Press and knead one circle per beat, and do four beats in a row. Subsequently, the thumb does not move, the second joint of the index finger inside slightly force from the eyebrows to scrape the tip of the eyebrows, two beats once, even scrape twice, alternating, four eight beats.

Strength: moderate, slight soreness.

5.Pressing and rubbing the Fengchi point

Location of the point: Below the occipital bone at the back of the neck, at the lateral depression of the two large tendons, equivalent to the level of the earlobe.

Manipulation: Both index and middle fingers together, threaded surface press Fengchi point, the remaining three fingers relaxed.

Rhythm: Press and knead rhythmically, once per beat, four eight beats.

Strength: The head can be tilted slightly forward to ensure comfort.

6.Rubbing earlobes and grasping the ground with toes

Acupuncture point location: right in the middle of the earlobe, toes.

Manipulation and rhythm: Thumb and forefinger threaded surface pinch the earlobe right in the middle of both hands, the remaining three fingers together and bent. Rhythmic kneading, one circle per beat; at the same time the toes grasp the ground with the beat, every kneading circle, grasp the ground once, four eight beats.

Strength: moderate, slight soreness.
